A few things worth knowing
about your new companion.
Will my vials or pens fit?
The supplier lists an internal chamber 160 mm tall and 47 mm in diameter. Measure your longest pen or vial, including its cap, before ordering. Capacity depends on the shape and size of your containers; medication is not included.
What temperature can I select?
The supplier advertises a 0–18°C (32–64°F) adjustable setting range. A selected setting is not a guarantee of the temperature inside your medication: ambient heat, power and loading affect performance. Check the storage instructions for your exact medication and verify temperature before use.
How do the two kits differ?
Both include the same black cooler, charging accessories and carrying bag. The Essential Kit has one rechargeable battery; the Travel Kit has two. The additional battery gives you a spare to swap in. It is not a different cooler or a larger cooling chamber.
How long does a battery last?
Runtime depends on your temperature setting, ambient temperature and usage. We do not currently publish a tested runtime. For extended use, plan access to a compatible power source and follow the supplied charging instructions.
Can I travel with it?
Its compact cylindrical design and carrying bag make it easy to pack. Check your carrier’s current battery and medication requirements before flying. Airline acceptance is not guaranteed, and the cooler should not be left in a hot parked vehicle.
When will my order arrive?
US shipping is free. Orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days, with estimated delivery in 7–12 days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; tracking is provided when your order ships.
